Resume / CV Detailed professional and academic resume or CV.
Academic Documents From 10th grade onwards, including UG degree semester-wise marks memos, Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM), and Provisional / Degree certificate.
Statement of Purpose (SOP) Explanation of current academic/professional achievements, reasons for choosing the course, and future career plans after completion. Use course content from the university's website for relevance.
Recommendation Letters Two reference letters on institutional letterhead, signed and stamped with faculty contact info. Ensure both letters are not identical to avoid plagiarism concerns.
IELTS / PTE Scores Official score reports of IELTS (Academic) / PTE (Academic), if available.
Work Experience Relevant work experience and any additional documents supporting the application.
Documents Required for Student Visa
Document Description
Valid Passport Must be valid for the duration of your stay in the host country.
Visa Application Form Completed and signed student visa application form.
Passport-sized Photographs Typically, two recent passport-sized photographs according to the visa requirements.
Proof of Acceptance Offer letter or Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from the recognized institution where you plan to study.
Proof of Financial Capacity Bank statements, scholarships, or financial guarantees to show you can support your education and living expenses (specific to the country).
Visa Application Fee Payment Receipt Receipt showing you have paid the visa application fee.
Medical Examination Report Some countries require a medical examination and a report from an authorized doctor.
English Language Proficiency Proof of English language proficiency, such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc. (if applicable).
Academic Transcripts Certified copies of academic qualifications from previous studies.
Statement of Purpose (SOP) A letter stating the purpose of your visit, study plans, and future career intentions.
Biometrics Some countries require biometric data, such as fingerprints and a photograph, during the visa application process.
Travel Insurance Proof of health and travel insurance covering the duration of your stay.
OFC DS-160 Required Documents for USA
Document Description
Valid Passport Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in the USA.
DS-160 Confirmation Page Printout of the DS-160 form confirmation page (with the barcode).
Visa Application Fee Payment Receipt Proof of payment for the visa application fee (non-refundable).
Appointment Confirmation Printout of the appointment confirmation page from the US visa application portal.
Photograph Recent passport-sized photograph that meets US visa requirements (2x2 inches).
Proof of Travel Plans Any document that shows your intended travel plans (if required, such as a return ticket).
Proof of Financial Support Bank statements or financial documents that demonstrate you have sufficient funds for your stay.
Visa Category-Specific Documents Additional documents depending on the visa category, such as I-20 (for students), DS-2019 (for exchange visitors), or employment-related documents.
Previous US Visas (if applicable) If you've had a previous US visa, carry the passport(s) that contains it.
